Frequently Asked Questions


Macintosh computers are automatically designed to automatically handle quicktime.
If your PC is setup to use Quicktime player as it's default viewer, you may not experience
problems. If you continue to have difficulty, see below.


To access an archived webcast,
follow these instructions:

   1. Instead of clicking the view stream link, right click it and choose "copy link"
        * In Internet Explorer, the option may be otherwise noted as "copy shortcut"
   2. Launch Quicktime Player
   3. Under the "File" menu in Quicktime, select : Open URL in New Player.
   4. Paste the text that was copied in Step 1 into the box and hit the 'Enter' key.
       This should connect you to the current webcast.

Downloading Files

   To download the webcast, simply right click (PC) or control click (Mac) on the Download link for the appropriate webcast and choose the save to disk option to download the fully uncompressed video to your computer.
